Entry Level Help Desk Technician

This is a fully onsite position; must be local to Downtown ATL!

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Entry Level Help Desk Technician:

• Provide tier 1 technical support over the phone
• Log and track service tickets in the System
• Answer and greet visitors in IT Department 

Required Skills:

• Entry level- 1 year of relevant IT experience
• Kniwldge of computer hardware, software and basic networking
• Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication
• Ability to resolve tickets both over the phone
