We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Designer to support our client’s contract with U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). In this role, you will contribute to creative brainstorming while supporting design research, mood boarding, concept development, and visual execution. You’ll transform creative direction into purposeful deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s goals, brand identity, and the end user’s needs.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer Include:

  • Designs and iterates visually compelling, strategic solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns based on established creative direction.
  • Participates in brainstorming sessions, offering insights and occasionally leading idea-generation efforts.
  • Supports the creative process through research, mood boarding, and concept development, bringing ideas to life with thoughtful exploration and execution.
  • Produces innovative designs that reflect an understanding of the client’s goals, brand identity, and target audience to deliver impactful user experiences.
  • Clearly communicates and articulates design concepts and decisions to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Attend discovery sessions and presentations, actively listening and taking detailed notes to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Builds and organizes files using proper formatting, resolution, naming conventions, fonts, and links, while following all backup and storage protocols.
  • Manages time effectively, maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines throughout all design phases.
  • Contributes to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering a strong sense of team culture and community.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements for the Graphic Designer Include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible Graphic Design experience, with a background in government contracting required.
  • Experience providing briefing support by preparing high-quality presentation materials, visual assets, and print-ready collateral for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD (or Sketch), and Acrobat.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

Compensation for the Graphic Designer Includes:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
  • Time Off: 17 days of PTO + 11 paid holidays
  • 401(k) Match: 100% on a 6% contribution
