Job Summary:
The Remote Online Chat Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues through online chat communication. This position requires strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Answer questions, provide product/service details, and assist with troubleshooting.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Meet performance goals for response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, chat support, or similar role is a plus.
Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
