Title: Senior Business Analyst

These positions are based in Dearborn, MI for a large Fortune 500 Automotive firm. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for IT teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and technical teams.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5–8 years of experience in the banking domain (retail, corporate, digital banking, or payments).
• Strong understanding of business processes and regulatory frameworks in banking.
• Familiarity with IT concepts such as APIs, databases, system architecture, and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Visio.

Additional Skills:

• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to data analytics or reporting tools.
