Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
Home Health RN Needed
Location: Elizabethtown, PA (Home Health)
Duration: 13 Weeks (possible extension)
Shift: 5x8hr day shift m-f
Start: ASAP (3 weeks for compliance)
Notes:
- 1+ yr of RN Home Health Experience Required
- Active BLS Required
- License in the state of PA/Compact
- Coverage area: Lancaster County
- May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
- RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk
- SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1
- Must have recent HH exp 2023-24 HomeCare HomeBase experience required
