Job Description
We are seeking personnel for a logistics company located in the city of Rancho Dominguez. You must have experience to be considered for this position.
Job Summary:
The Picker/Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a warehouse or fulfillment center. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure customer orders are completed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from shelves or bins based on order slips or electronic picking systems.
Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
Ensure correct items and quantities are picked and packed according to customer orders.
Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
Restock inventory as needed and assist with inventory counts.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
